Orders will ship with Fastway, An Post recorded delivery or An Post standard post dependent on the item or quantity of items purchased. Applies to ROI & NI only.

Guppiehunter reserves the right to select the appropriate carrier where necessary.

Shipping costs are dependent on the size of the order and number of boxes shipped albeit; we will endeavour to keep these costs to a minimum.

Customs & Tax Duties

Guppiehunter will not accept liability for any taxes or customs duties on any items shipped outside of the Island of Ireland.

Returns

Prior to returning an item, please contact us with the details of the item or items you wish to return and we will advise you on how to proceed.

Our email address is info@guppiehunter.com or, you can call us on 00 353(0)858153335. If we are unavailable, dont' be shy, please leave a message and we will call you back as soon we can.

Item/s you wish to return must be returned to us within 14 days of receipt, be in their original packaging, and arrive back to us in a resaleable condition. Items must also be unused & unmarked.

Should the item/s returned show usage or are not resaleable, we will unfortunately have to return it to the purchaser at their expense.

All items returned to us are done so at the purchasers expense (unless our error) and should be done via a courier/An Post registered service and the tracking number be kept until we confirm receipt of same. Guppiehunter will not accept liability for the loss of unrecorded items sent back to us via standard post or any other untraceable method.
